Your Vocal Power provides voice training, coaching, and related services. All sessions are subject to availability and may be scheduled online or in person as applicable.

• All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payment via Stripe only.

• You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the session.
• If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time.

All materials provided during training (including exercises, recordings, and guides) are the intellectual property of Your Vocal Power and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission.

Your Vocal Power is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in our sessions or use of our website. We provide coaching as guidance and make no guarantees regarding performance or outcomes.

You agree to use our services respectfully and not to engage in behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive to others.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices as outlined there.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
